Dr. Mario Brkaric is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, who
specializes in spine. Dr. Brkaric graduated medical school and completed his residency at the State University of New York Health Sciences, Center Downstate Medical Center of Brooklyn. He went on to complete his fellowship in orthopedic surgery of the spine at William Beaumont Hospital. In 2010, Dr. Brkaric was inducted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS). With both national and international recognition, Dr. Brkaric is the author of numerous articles published in peer-reviewed medical journals.
Since 2006, Dr. Brkaric has been serving individuals and their loved ones from Lafayette, Rensselaer, and Logansport. Dr. Brkaric offers several surgical and non-surgical approaches for the treatment of the musculoskeletal system, including bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles and nerves. His areas of expertise include spinal deformity, degenerative conditions, spinal trauma, minimally invasive technology, and dynamic and motion preserving technology.
